At Chandni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. Please review our policies below:
Easy Exchange Process:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. It should also be in new condition.

Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order jewelry) cannot be exchanged.
How Our Easy Exchange Works:

Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Once approved, we will ship the new item to you and arrange for the simultaneous pickup of the original item.

The original item must be in its unused and unworn condition with original packaging.
Please note: We charge for one shipping fee during the exchange process, which covers the cost of shipping the replacement item. The shipping fee for the return will be covered by you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your item is incorrect (not the item you ordered) or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item(s).
