Custom Order Information — What We Customize
We offer customization in the following categories:
• Resin Products — jewelry, clocks, plaques, Quran holders, coasters, keychains, tissue boxes, etc.
• Clay Jewelry
• Crochet Items
• Artificial Flower Jewelry & Gujra
You may send flowers or any item you want preserved or incorporated into your custom piece.
NOTE — Before Sending Anything
Please first confirm your custom order on WhatsApp at 0310-7022344. Your requirements will be discussed before you proceed.
Step 1: Send Your Flowers or Items for Preservation
Packaging: Securely pack your flowers or items to avoid any damage in transit.
Courier: You may use TCS or any other courier service.
Lahore Customers: You may also send your parcel through any rider service.
Step 2: Parcel Confirmation & Timeline
Once we receive your parcel, we will notify you.
The customization process typically requires 12 to 18 days.
If you need delivery by a specific date, please inform us in advance.
Step 3: Order Confirmation & Payment
After verifying your parcel, we will confirm your order details on WhatsApp or email.
A 50% advance payment is required to officially confirm your order.
Remaining payment options:

COD — Pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery

Non-COD Dispatch — After we share final pictures/video, you may clear the remaining payment and your parcel will be dispatched without COD
Payment details will be provided with the confirmation message.
Step 4: Crafting Your Custom Order
Work will begin only after both the parcel and advance payment are received.
Every piece is handcrafted with care to ensure your custom order is unique and beautiful.
A tracking number will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.
